Three and a half year public sector framework agreement for IT awarded to ANS

It has been announced today that ANS Group are one of the successful suppliers for a government IT procurement framework agreement awarded by Buying Solutions.
ANS Group are one of only 13 companies to make LOT 2 of the Commoditised IT Hardware and Software framework agreement to supply IT infrastructure hardware with potential contracts worth a significant value over three and a half years.
The primary role of Buying Solutions is to maximise the value for money obtained by Government departments and the wider public sector through the delivery of money-saving procurement solutions, enabling organisations to maximise value for money in their commercial activities. Buying Solutions is the national procurement partner for UK public services.

The framework agreement is designed to pull together the buying strength of central government departments and their agencies, NHS bodies and local authorities to get better value for money.
