Fletcher is one of the country's leading entrepreneurs, heading up companies with a total valuation in excess of £25m. He founded what is now his largest business, ANS Group, in 1996 at the young age of 22.
As IoD Young Director of the Year 2008, National Business Awards Entrepreneur of the Year for the North West and PLUS Markets Chairman of the Year 2009, Fletcher has quickly become a highly respected entrepreneur, demonstrating his passion for business by holding various angel investment and non-executive positions.
Fletcher commented:
"2009 has been a fantastic year for ANS Group, despite the recession. The entire team at ANS Group has worked extremely hard and, although I am obviously thrilled to receive personal recognition, this award could not have been won without their talent and commitment."
With over 400 clients across the UK, ANS works closely with key partners Cisco, Dell, Microsoft and sister company, Conduco, to offer an unrivalled level of expertise and experience in the multifaceted industry of IT.
Matt Riley, CEO of Daisy Telecom was also a winner, named North West Entrepreneur of the Year.
