Highest Placed Cisco Gold Partner in the Sunday Times Top 100

ANS Group, is celebrating being named the UK's top IT and Communications employer in the prestigious Sunday Times Top 100 ‘Best Small Companies to Work For' list. ANS Group was one of only five IT companies to make it into the top 100 and was the highest rated Cisco Gold partner. The company ranked 24th overall in the list and its leadership skills and focus on staffs' personal growth was highlighted.
Staff described their CEO, Scott Fletcher, as a leader who inspires confidence and faith and who truly lives the values of the organisation. The employee survey revealed that 90% of the staff are proud to work for ANS and love working there. It also found that 85% of staff felt that the company is an important part of their lives. ANS proactively invests in staff training and qualifications, which is clearly appreciated by the 81% of staff who felt that they have plenty of opportunities to learn and grow.

ANS was also the highest-ranking Manchester-based employer in the top 100 list. The award follows on from ANS's achievement in being amongst only 55 companies out of 500 to receive three stars in the Best Companies Accreditation, marking the company as ‘extraordinary' based on employee feedback.
