Corporate Social Responsibility
At ANS Group, Corporate Social Responsibility is not regarded as a burdensome necessity to which we must make a token effort to conform. Instead it is something that we take very seriously as we strongly believe that everybody has a part to play in working towards an improved and more well rounded society. We recognise that our business is part of, and not separate to, society and that working towards social improvement provides myriad intangible benefits to all staff members, to customers and to the business itself.
We work extremely hard to ensure that, as a company, we play a constant role in pursuing this goal, and that we provide opportunities for our staff to personally match our commitment. Our CSR policy is wide ranging, encompassing environmental policies, education provision, local employment opportunities, business awards sponsorship, sporting sponsorship, a comprehensive charitable policy and opportunities for voluntary work.
We feel that this combination contributes significantly to achieving the ideals that inspire our policy. We work diligently to reduce our carbon footprint, provide education, job opportunities and sponsorship for young local people, sponsor local football teams, assist members of society less fortunate than ourselves and provide opportunities for voluntary work for our staff which enrich both the receivers and providers of the work.
