ANS Increases Stake in Red Squared PLC

In accordance with the provisions of Section 198 of the Companies Act 1985, the Board of ANS Group, a leading UK Technology Solutions group, announces that following the purchase of 340,000 shares in AIM listed Red Squared plc at 9p on 2 August 2007, the Group is now interested in 1,440,000 shares representing 5.08% of the total issued share capital of Red Squared plc.
