Change of Company Name to ANS Group Plc

As part of our ongoing strategy to provide strong IT solutions to our customers, we have over the last few years, made several acquisitions of companies providing similar services. This has broadened and strengthened the range of solutions we are able to provide.

In order to reflect these successes, it has been decided that the company name should be changed to ANS Group Plc. This change will take effect on 1st March 2007.
