Extended Hours

SysCare have a range of options to support you outside of the hours 9:00am – 17:30pm in server down / system down scenarios.

Extended Hours Support Calls:

With a serious system down issue you can’t stop working on a problem just because it passes normal working hours. Backed with a 2 Hour management review this option will be made available to you on an as needed basis if a critical support call passes 17:30pm.

Contract Duty Engineer Option:

For those customers with late, 24/7 or weekend operations an out of hours contract option is available.
