Rivington Street Software: 
Rivington Street Software was founded, as TISL, in 1986 and is a leading supplier of systems to non profit organisations such as professional and chartered bodies, trades unions and trade associations. It is now also providing tailor made products for the corporate market. Rivington Street Software is based in Rivington Street LONDON EC2A.
Our principal product is the MRS3 membership and eCRM system which is the leading browser based membership system with the most to offer online for trade associations, trade unions, professional bodies and charities.
Rivington Street Software staff are encouraged to be Chartered Members of the British Computer Society, and all of the Directors are Members / Fellows. Most staff have at least one degree in Computing. Of these staff all work directly on the MRS3 project.
Originally called Thames Information Systems, the development arm of TISL was purchased by Rivington Street Holdings, a rapidly growing and profitable media and technology group backed by the entrepreneur Nigel Wray. Rivington Street Holdings also owns Public Relations Bishopsgate Communications and the newsletter publishing group t1ps.com Ltd.

Smart Identity:
Smart Identity began life as a project within ANS Group. As a result of requests from 2 longstanding NHS Customers, ANS Group embarked on a project to write a custom piece of software that would allow NHS staff to make better use of their recently issued national smartcards. The enormous success of the project along with the level of satisfaction feed back from the delighted customer, it was decided that rather than a project, the newly developed product warranted to become its own entity.
In April 2006, a decision was taken to create Smart Identity Limited. The newly created company would go on to develop a product set that would provide great benefits to the NHS and beyond. ANS Group, owning 49% of the newly created company, provided valuable input into the products development and took the product to market as a reseller.
The success of ANS Group and Smart Identity let to Smart Identity joining the Group by floating on the PLUS markets in September 2007.
ANS Group maintains a 31.2% share of Smart Identity PLC after floatation and is excited about the prospect of adding to its share value by generating further sales.
